Hello! I'm trying to identify some of my coins and any idea is very welcome. Thank you for your help!

Diameter 22-24mm, Weight 6.5g, Bronze

Not sure but it looks like is starting with PIVS, maybe Antoninus Pius
I did some search but I couldn't find anything similar and the reverse of my coin is not helping a lot, also my knowledge is very poor on this type of Roman coins
