These are some of the toughest for me to discern, the class 2 and class 6 DDR's. Some of these are just extra thickness, not showing any actual splits and are hard to tell. I'm leaning towards no but am not 100% sure. I think what you are pointing out is just slight chipping on the two "E", which you will see on many coins. doubleddies.com shows the most non proof listings, you may want to check it out for markers. Can you give us a nice closeup of FG?
Thanks for the pic. I could be wrong but do not think this is a doubled die. Even the minor listed DDR's show at least a little distortion in the FG and I do not see any here. Maybe Tanman can take a look at your thread.
