Hello,

Does anyone have an opinion on the potential authenticity of this Tyre stater? Not my strong point will have in hand for better photos and a weight later today. Thanks all.

I don't think that's from Tyre, not a shekel. It's from Alexandria, one of the Ptolemy kings, the name Ptolemy is on reverse left side, an Isis headdress in lower reverse in front of eagle leg. You won't find Isis headdress on a Tyre Shekel. I doesn't look fake to me but I'm not familiar with these. Here is similar one on CNG Coins
