I'll say F, but lean toward a details designation (ED).

I don't own the coin. I may bid on it. I'm not sure about the ED. I think the dark areas are essentially natural toning and dirt, not ED.

I'm also at F15. Not concerned much about the dark areas as I am about the brightness of the higher points. Lighting can make it look cleaned up a bit but it's hard to tell vs having it in your hand.

with these photos its not possible to tell if ED is present. I can see why a couple folks are calling it though. the lighting can be hiding all kind of stuff here from pitting to corrosion or just built up crud.

i guess it comes down to $$. its not something I would consider with tons of decent examples out there in the grade range. i'd call it VF20 but a higher chance of ED. the right obv field looks like it could be corrosion
