1943 British 3 Pence Error

I found this coin a while back, but now on closer inspection it seems to have two errors.
It looks like a cracked die and a faulty planchet.
Is it worth keeping?

I Haven't seen too many errors like this on 3 pence from that era. its hard to judge.

I'd say definitely a planchet flaw. These are not uncommon on early George VI brass threepences - the nickel-brass alloy was new to The Royal Mint, and having to produce coins in the middle of London during WW2 didn't help: I imagine quality control wasn't as strict as usual.
