Gotten this a few months back from an old collection at my local shop and tried identifying it, only to keep hitting many walls. The only closes coin I can think of that comes close was a Harikela Silver Bractreats, but not too certain. It did come in a small envelope with the dates 630AD - 1050AD, but cannot read it. It is also very thin.

What do you guys think it is?

It has a Mitchiner reference number, which should make it fairly easy to find with a web search.
