Well I usually jump into the Mint que-room about 5-7minutes before it is suppose to open. It has been great so far, havent missed a coin I wanted with this system, as long as I remember to login when I'm suppose too! Well I was busy at work and missed out on the Marine Privy ASE. I placed myself on the waiting list, and last friday, Feb 13th I got an email that they would go back on-sale at 12noon. I made sure to get in the que, and had mine by 12:06pm. Only thing was it was now $175!! It came in the mail yesterday, looks fantastic.
I had heard rumors that the mint recalled the entire run of 100k, destroyed them and re-mint them. Dont know why that happened,
but I heard it from a very reliable source.
Oh well, now to get ready for the new congratulations set ASE,
this year Philadelphia minted!

Could you post a picture of the new one? It would be interesting to see any differences when compared to the original one.

I received mine yesterday as well, and it looks fantastic. I think at this point I'll just eat the $21 (vs sending it back and re-buying at $160 shipped from ebay) since I already have a perfect (to me) coin in-hand. No sense spending the time to take it to the post office and send it back and hope I don't get a fingerprinty or someone's seconds from the bay.

Since I missed getting in line for the original release, I'll just chalk this up as an idiot fee.
