2002 5 Cent Double Header Brockage Error

I have put the coin in acetone overnight, poured boiling water over it and also the freezer, hoping they would come apart to confirm they have been glued together but it seems otherwise. Note there was no glue residue on the coin when I found it. Can anyone confirm if this is an error coin? 2 coins pressed together in the mint? wrong planchet? etc The heads photographed are exactly as the coin orientation is. Any other examples like this around? Both sides are 2002, the weight is 5.70g ***update A brockage occurs when one planchet becomes stuck in the press after being struck - another planchet is then placed on top of it and the two coins are struck together. I understand that you don't see any glue residue, but I believe that there is something sticking them together. This would not have happened at the mint though.
