Unc 1979 D Quarter -Filled In D -Beauty-Please Help

Looked itt up and It looks like it may be valuble for Error and Condition. Please help me Grade and confirm it is Error. Should I slab it? Thats in advance for always helping me out! In my opinion, not a good candidate for submission. Would be a decent album hole filler until better comes along. Report this Post to the Staff
