Santa visited 2 days ago and then I discovered that the scanner isn't working! So, sorry for the awful quality of the pics. I'm overwhelmed by Santa's generosity. USA 2010 silver eagle   USA 1945D dime   Summer 2024 issue of The California Numismatist magazine  I shall enjoy reading this. Also, a Mickey Mouse themed Xmas card - first one I've ever seen. @Pertinax, what a haul! Congrats! I received a notice today that I have an package inbound that has cleared customs and is estimated for delivery on the 15th. Being that I haven't ordered anything from outside of the USA recently, that's a good sign!  |

For those that are not keeping up with the news- in California USA
there are some terrible fires destroying everything..
Our prayers are with
vermontensium
who only lives a short distance from the fires
and last we heard from him he had his go bags packed and was standing by for a possible evacuation.

Hooray that deliveries in Canada are finally happening. Terrible news about the Los Angeles fires. Seeing along my best of wishes to vermontensium and the tens of thousands of others who are having to deal with this event. |

I have meet vermontensium personally and his wife, this is not the first time fires have come close to him. I hope all comes out good Dave I'm thinking of you.  |

At this point in the contest I am removing
vermontensium
from the awaiting to arrive list.
At this point he may not have a mailbox yet alone a house.
Once this is all figured out I may ask for donations (coins) for Dave's collection as he may no longer have one.
