There are two raised line in the field on the left side of the memorial. One continues down into UNITED. I had to take two pics because the side of the memorial didn't show up well with just one. What is this?

Definitely unusual. Too oddly shaped to be Feeder Finger Damage, but really thick for a gouge.

I don't know about hubbed in debris. The example on ERR-Ref.com shows that it stays uniform in field and on the design element. This continues to the E in united but does not show on top of the lettering.

Yes that looks similar but the devices lifted up with the bubble. My coin doesn't exhibit this effect.
