I worked as an Architectural Designer for 35 years and got my start in the field as an Architectural Artist. These 2 paintings are Holiday Themed cards I used to do for builders, to mail to their customers..The buildings were designed by our arch. firm. ENJOY!!!

Yes Sharks! I have quite a few I did over the years. They have all been scanned/high res so I have a digital copy as well. I print/frame some and sell them at art shops here. I also do personal "Home Portraits" for people still. Folks love their homes!!

Heya Mr P., The Art process evolved greatly over the years for architectural illustrations. Originally they were all done 1 at a time by hand, using pen & ink with watercolor washes. The original house line drawings have always originated in Autocad. Photoshop art program was integrated in the 90's. Now "AI" which I %$#@'ing hate is taking over the entire process putting an end to human Artists all together. I still offer hand done art to this day, to people who prefer that look, over "AI".
Brief summary of the process.

Tacc: Those are beautiful. They bring to mind the work of Charles M. Wysocki, though he did stylized primitive architectural scenes vs. the realistic depictions you've presented.
Thanks for sharing some of your work with us. And Happy Holidays !

Yes indeed cptbilly, Charles M. Wysocki was a definite inspiration for my style. That straight-on view is always popular with my clients and many have made the same comparison over the years! Merry Christmas to all!!!
