I got one of these last fall for $2 -- either I got a very good deal, or this guy is a rip-off artist. I'm guessing that the former isn't likely, so it must be the latter. I don't know if the market has developed to the extent that one could confidently value it. I looked at the prices of some of his Australian items. Such notes are somewhat common in Winnipeg, because they were used here during "If Day", which was a simulated German invasion during a Bond Drive.
