Magentius was an usurper and the killer of Constans. It comes in at just a bit over 20 mm in diameter and but for the emperor's name (deliberately effaced?) is in a decent state of preservation. It is also mirrored in the beginning of the reverse legend. As far as Magnentius being the killer of Constans; remember that Constans (who was not very popular) was responsible for the death of his brother, Constantine II.
