A friend of mine has some notes they are thinking of selling.

Both are F at best, but these have high demand. I don't know what ebay would sell for but my local dealer got a few in looking like yours, he paid $900 each and sold them for $1100, so I would assume each is worth between $900 and $1100 depending on dealer buy/cost.

That friend of yours sure has some nice notes ... these, again, are very marketable. Not unlike the "other" big bills, it may be prudent to get them graded before sale.
