barryg Pillar of the Community United States 5821 Posts	Posted 03/19/2025 12:51 pm All right, in a previous thread I showed off my collection of Series 1929 National Currency (Type 2) Notes, which are also referred to as Federal Reserve Bank Notes because they were issued by the Federal Reserve districts and not by individual local banks. The few $100 national currency notes I have seen in similar condition, however, seem to be selling well north of $1000. Report this Post to the Staff

I actually have found a few examples for more common banks for around $500, but that's still more than I want to pay right now after spending that money on the $50.
