1923-S Wheat Penny - Some Kind Of Error?

TacoSalad New Member United States 30 Posts	Posted 04/07/2025 4:41 pm I can't tell if this Wheat penny is some sort of an error coin, and if so what type? It's a 1923-S with a pretty normal obverse and a crazy reverse particularly the left hand side. Near the bottom right of the left wheat stalk there is a major die crack running to the rim. Also a die crack thru the E of E Pluribus and C of CENT. And seems to be some cracking or displacement near the right tip of the wheat stalk? It also seems concave between the wheat stalk and C of CENT? I have come across wheaties with die cracks, clashes, laminations etc. but I haven't seen one with this much going on all in the same area of one coin. Any thoughts, opinions, commentary welcome!
