I got this 2017 $20 bill with what seems to be a comma after the serial number. I need help deciding what to do with it and how much it might be worth. If it's a true error, is it worth sending to get graded?

to the CCF, Gcox!
It seems to be an ink spatter. A very minor error if that is what it is, and I don't think it is worth the cost of certifying.

I'm not confident it left the BEP in that state. I could have easily added that mark with a pen.

Even if it is an ink spatter ( which is sometimes hard to prove)
It is so minor that it would add very little value and certainly
not worth spending $50-60.00 on getting it graded.
