Found this toonie today while roll hunting. Has a nice gap between core and ring.

Not a Canadian Coin person that much but how does that get off struck on both sides but one side just a bit and the other side so much more ?

If the core is offset and you see daylight like a cresent moon and the more space the greater the value

I find it hard to believe it circulated for almost 30 years till today when I scooped it. The real question is what is it worth?
