Unusual High "o" On 1898 MS-65 Morgan

I assume this one must have been on Monday morning or a Friday afternoon. The slab is a badly scratched slab and doesn't help things much. I balance WB and put it on the scope again later and we'll see what we can see. Thanks for the reply.
