No. It's a beaten up cent. It's all damaged... post mint damage ( PMD), it's had a hard knock life and did not leave the mint that way. Keep it until you find a better one if you collect them, or just spend it. Good luck to you either way.

Agree with all above--post-strike damage. The coin didn't leave the striking chamber in that condition.

I know it is different looking but if you can duplicate that look say, by throwing rocks at it, then it is just a damaged coin.
