Although the overall condition of the coin is not great, I do like the bust of Domitian on the obverse. I thought it would be fairly easy to attribute the coin with it having a simple S C within a wreath reverse, but as often happens it turned out not to be as easy as first thought.
On checking the RPC database there were 12 bronzes with Domitian's head right and a wreath reverse, three of which showed no control mark above the bottom two leaves of the wreath. The other nine were identifed as "Reverse: S C; in laurel wreath; beneath: A" to "Reverse: S C; in laurel wreath; beneath: Θ". There wasn't a type listed as Reverse: "S C; in laurel wreath; beneath: •".
ACSearch revealed one coin with a description that closely matched the OP coin, though there is no dot between the S and the C:
Roman Provincial - SYRIA, Seleucis and Pieria. Antioch. Domitian, 81-96. 'As' (Bronze, 27 mm, 13.87 g, 12 h). IMP [DOMITIANVS] CAES AVG. Obv. Laureate head of Domitian to right. Rev. Large S•C; below, •; all within wreath. McAlee 406b. RPC II 2021.
RPC II 2021 had 60 coins listed, 18 (only 12 showing now) with images, and only one with the dot. Oddly the diameters of this group ranged from 23 to 32 mm and the weights from 10.69 to 19.71 gr. (the OP coin being 25 mm diameter and 13.27 gr in weight.) Quite a diverse group.
