I found this 2004 Wisconsin quarter with a few possible errors. I am not sure if they are true mint errors are not.
First, in the word Liberty the R looks like it is on top of the letter A.
Second, at the top of the corn there looks to be a die clash impression of the leaves. The additional leaves tops are raised. I will try to get better pictures.
Third, I have attached an R from the reverse of the coin. It seems to have something under it. As well, other areas of the coin have similar errors but to many to post.
tm33040, the clash pic I showed was the wrong quarter, sorry.... I still think yours is a clash on the R of LIBERTY and noticed something odd on the reverse from your full coin shot. Try to get some clearer pics of this area I have circled.
