A lot of international sellers ( myself included) have put our
Online Stores ( ebay & Etsy ) on vaycay for awhile until the dust settles.
The rules for selling into the USA seem to change daily .
For us Canadian Sellers it appears that selling US coins to an American
buyer is going to be tariff free with a lot of extra paperwork and associated
costs through a third party cross border shipper . So still doable by the looks of it .
For Coins of Mexico and Canada also doable , tariff free under CUSMA ( the
alleged Free Trade Agreement between all three North American countries)
for now but the paperwork again comes with a cost and is somewhat unwieldy.
We have shipped items not coin related in the last week that went through no
issues . These were Sewing patterns and Tupperware made in USA from my
Wife's Etsy and ebay Stores . Our American customers received their orders
no issues and no Tariff charges .
Dealing with Canada Post at this time for US shipments appears to be a
bit of a gong show according to the Post mistress at our local RPO.
I mailed a document, letter mail to a coin dealer in WA yesterday and got the
third degree as to what was inside .
She said the Zonos app which must be used for DDP to the USA is not
always accurate and that items were being either seized or returned at senders
expense . She said it is bat nut crazy as to what is going on !

That's when SCOTUS reconvenes.

The Supreme Court said it would hear arguments in the case during the first week of November.

A decision would normally be expected by the end of June. But in this case, the court said it would expedite review.

Haven't you ever heard of "First Monday in October"?

Remember, DC was considered a fetid swamp in the early Federal period. It was even worse than Philadelphia in Colonial times. Another hardship posting for diplomats.

It's a real deterrent for my French FDC collection as most of the sellers are overseas but then again they kinda think their items are more popular than they really are.

If anyone has any 1984-2000 FDC sets they are willing to part with, please let me know.

Bosstone, you should start a new topic about seeking these FDCs. Few people will see your request here.
