3.07 grams.
I thought acid too. But wouldn't that remove the finish? Just curious

One thing it's not are occulated gas bubbles. Looking at the parallel lines, it looks like it may have been scrubbed with some sort of acitic liquid. No matter what the cause, it is damage of some sort.

We all agree that it didn't leave the mint looking like this, but I think that @make just nailed it--looks to me like it spent some time being abraded by a wire brush.

Thank you for the input. Ill put it aside as an oddity, and continue my ever ending quest. I have some coins that I would like input on. Ill be posting them later.
