I don't see any DD at all, nor do I see a clash. I think that maybe the die had been well used, but still making very nice strikes

Understood on the DD, the last A in Canada got me!

After getting some sleep, perhaps the proper term would be a MAD strike? The rim is thicker in the northwest above "II DEI" and thin & serrated in the southeast above "Regina"
