It is a Late Roman Bronze - the precise names of Roman coin denominations from this time period is ambiguous as there are no surviving records naming denominations, though this one is often labelled a "centenionalis" - with the reverse motif of a soldier spearing a fallen Persian horseman. The legend, FEL TEMP REPARATIO, translates to "happy times restored" or more liberally "happy days are here again". The reverse design was introduced in AD 348 and ceased during the reign of Julian II in the 360s, issued primarily under COnstantius II but occasionally under other emperors such as Constans, Constantius Gallus, and Julian II. Your coin has the obverse legend ending in "...TIVS PFAVG", pretty much nailing it down as a COnstantius II coin.

THe mintmark is in the exergue underneath the horseman; looks like AQT or somethign similar, which would be Aquileia mint (north-eastern Italy).
Don't say "infinitely" when you mean "very"; otherwise, you'll have no word left when you want to talk about something really infinite. - C. S. Lewis

Here is your coin ID Allcoinage, in my opinion, based on the placement of the M behind his bust. Just not that common to see there.
