your photos always fool these old eyes. they tend to make the surfaces duller than they actually are, so I'm now adjusting for that.
average strike for the year. I do see quite a few small hairlines on the obv in front of the profile, and the luster on the cheek appears light or missing which would keep her out of the 64 box definitely not a 62 coin, so coming up with a grade on this one is pretty simple. MS63

This coin looks pl in person, I went to PCGS and tried to mimic the images they have of the same coin in pl which dont show the reflection. If I take pictures showing reflection I feel it wont show the marks on the coin. The hairline scratches are also on most the 1904 pl images on PCGS even the coins above 64.

Coin came back 64 from pcgs which is over graded I think.
Also not sure why I sent this coin in, I think I had it with me when I dropped off another coin. I will share the fun coin grades soon.

the luster must be there for them to assign a 64 grade. I am at a loss as to how to assess your coins. regardless of your photos there is no signs of PL surfaces. maybe post 2 sets of photos. one straight on and the other set at an angle that shows what the surfaces look like in hand and see if that helps
