Looks like I've got a few silver certificates dated 1957, including this well-circulated star note:
A nice survivor!

1955 Yugoslavia 100 Dinar. The reverse vignette shows the Old City of Dubrovnik, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and now one of the major tourist attractions of Croatia:

It is a crispy EF+ grade & I love the reverse design described by Numista as Guard standing with pot of plenty (punkalasa) in his left hand and in the other a sprouting branch complete with leaves, buds and flowers. A pair of midgets (Bahirawa) at on either side of his feet.
This Oct 16 dated note had only 15,000 notes issued (the 1953 had only 10,000)!

Here are two 1954 Taiwan notes, a 1 yuan (P-1966) and 10 yuan (P-1967). These notes were also saved by my Dad during a tour of duty in southeast Asia.

1953 - and another Spanish note, this time 100 pesetas...
How-Far-Back-Can-We-Go?---With-Banknotes!-Third-Edition

The front of the note depicts Spanish painter Julio Romero de Torres and the reverse shows a detail from his painting 'La Fuensanta'. The attractive Andalusian woman is María Teresa López González, one of Torres' models.

My other 1953-dated note is a rather heavily circulated US $2 bill:
