I think we may be stuck again!
I've been looking to see if I have any 1919 notes. I DO have an Austrian 1,000 Krone dated 1902 but with a DEUTSCHEOSTERREICH OVERPRINT that indicates it was issued in 1919. Both sides of this note have the same design:

Has anyone got any notes actually DATED 1919?

Two very nice banknotes for 1919! Glad to see we kept the train rolling.

Looks like your note is a P-59. There are a few other similar types with this overprint, but P-59 is the only one that's vertical. Since it's dateable to 1919, it also counts for the purposes of this thread.

Very cool note, NumisRob! Due to the overprint, it appears that is actually another note from the Republic of German-Austria, P-50, issued in 1919: https://en.numista.com/202742 .

So we still need a 1917
