A Fun Magician's Coin - 1945/57 Philadenver Lincoln Cent

fortcollins Pillar of the Community United States 3657 Posts	Posted 11/27/2025 7:00 pm While sorting some of the ridiculous number of Wheat Cents I bought at estate sales a couple years ago, I found two Magician's coins in the mix. This one has the look of an older version of a Magician's coin. I thought it might be a fun diversion, so here it is: the amazing 1945/57 PhilaDenver Cent. Like Schrodinger's Cat, this is simultaneously coin and exonumia. Enjoy. Yes, they did a great job of bonding the halves together, as the seam is inconspicuous. I can't imagine that the maker would have used two beat up cents for this, so it may have circulated for a while.
