I just bought a 1928 Peace dollar Graded AU50 and I think it's in a Generation 13.5 holder, that's Deemed as Uncommon. I'm wondering if that would increase the value of it?

Not sure what you are asking...

Because a collector cared enough to make a custom set unique to their interests?

Because the TPG supports the registry to drum up interest in their product?

I buy the coin, not the holder.
