The 1967 Kennedy half is 40% silver. They were 40% silver from 1965 to 1970. As far as the grade goes, I'll say maybe AU. The 1986 Kennedy looks to be in AU condition as well.

So if you are wondering the 40% silver Kennedy is worth $9.30 melt value and the other is just a spender- 50¢

Both coins are circulated to ~AU condition.

Both coins AU. The 40% is worth about 9.75 for bullion value, the other face value.
