2006 $2 Coin With 'Blobs' Of Metal

This coin appears to have extra 'blobs' of metal on both sides.

The obverse has a peculiar blob at the base of the neck. I can't see any evidence of PMD that could account for it.

The reverse has several blobs from above the head, around the edge behind the head and a distinctive "nipple". There are a few more little extra 'stars' too.

Does anyone have any theories about the origin of these 'blobs'? In any case, it's another addition to the "O+S" collection.

Maybe it was damaged by heat?

Yes I'm agree with errors & verities on this one as there's evidence of blob blistering and pop goes the weasel. Interesting thou sally.
