I have been trying to decide what to do with this coin - is it a keeper for the "odds and sods" collection or just PMD and going back into circulation? I would be interested to hear what you think.
The right hand edge of the reverse is rounded off but there is still a very thin bit of the inside of the rim remaining. The forehead and beard show some sort of PMD - either rubbing or impact.
The reverse has "finning" (is that the correct term?) right around the rim. The outer edge of "Elizabeth" appears to have been rubbed off but the "finning" is still there. The date is a bit weak. The coin weighs 6.60g.
I'm inclined to keep it but am not sure what to call it. Any ideas?
