Not sure if this qualifies as "the extra thumb/finger" but I've seen some that are like this.

I see contact marks and maybe slight doubling on the bottom of the thumb. Although I am not definite on the doubling.

It would be incredibly helpful if you were to present the images 'upright'
your close up images are nice a bit too close maybe. we might be seeing DDD though. not quite sure.

Could be WDDR-100 as Seeker_101 said. Now you need to look for the die markers to confirm it.
