The "B" in Liberty looks weird. Some of the letters look double. Please advise

I see a Die Chip and maybe some Die Deterioration on the letters. Better photos are needed to make out any type of doubling.

It's hard to say for sure looking at the out of focus photos, but it appears to be Die Deterioration. Just my opinion.
