As if all the physiological restraints on my diet weren't enough, now there are textural restraints. I'm below 126 pounds now. Try out this dish that I've been eating. No teeth needed. Gluten free and vegan too! Oven Baked Vegetables w/ Italian Seasoning - preheat oven to 300° A couple of zucchini A couple of yellow squash 1 pound broccoli 2 boxes frozen Brussels sprouts Slice squashes 1/2" and put in large bowl. Add defrosted and drained sprouts. Break up broccoli into bite size or smaller pieces and add to bowl. Drizzle about 1/4 cup olive oil and toss well. Add 3 - 4 tablespoons Weber© Roasted Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Toss again so everything is evenly coated with seasoning. Place veggies in shallow rectangular casserole dish (uncovered). Bake for 30 minutes then stir. Bake some more (15-30 minutes) until veggies are tender enough. Enjoy! Campbell's Chunky Soup, Chef Boyardee, and lots of fresh fish and canned soft vegetables will do the trick for surviving 3 months. Oh, and Milkshakes, plenty of Milkshakes !
