This otherwise MS nickel has a small lamination flaw on the reverse. It's a standard cupronickel composition 1942 nickel, so I assume it would not get any leeway that the TPGs seem to give the 35% silver
War Nickels for laminations. Is this a small lamination, a medium lamination, and how does it affect the grade? Is it a
TPG net grade situation? At what point does a lamination flaw push a coin into Details grades?
For this particular coin, it's a moderately rare doubled die, so grading at CAC or another
TPG is a possibility. But I would like to understand the general answer, because I come across a fair number of MS
War Nickels with rare varieties that also have lamination flaws in the planchet.

I did find this PCGS article, but all the image links are broken.
https://www.pcgs.com/news/no-grade-coins-pt3I did manage to pull a preview image from Google from the search terms "pcgs no-grade-83-400.jpg" but the lamination flaw on that 1883 nickel is quite large.
