Marv65 Bedrock of the Community United States 10601 Posts	Posted 03/01/2026 03:28 am To qualify for the FB designation the dime has to be MS. https://www.pcgs.com/news/what-are-...on-roosevelt , "PCGS designates Full Bands for Roosevelt dimes that grade MS60 or better and show full separation of the upper and lower horizontal bands of the torch on the reverse. To qualify for this designation, a coin must also show no significant cuts or marks across the horizontal bands." Report this Post to the Staff
