Question On Coin Mintages, Who Is Right?

I have a question on coin Mintages, Who is right?
In the "US Coin Facts" section a 2020P Roosevelt dime is stated to have a mintage of 1,397,600,000. I do not know where that number comes from. I am guessing The Red Book maybe. I have a 2026 Blue book which states the mintage of 1,349,250,000. Which is a difference of 48,350,00. I have seen this in other dates and other coins. I, at this time going by this forums "US Coin Facts", but why is there a difference and who is right?

If you look at the chart provided by nfine it looks like that number came from the mintage of 2020p quarters.
"Dipping" is not considered cleaning...
