Compared to others in the roll the date has extra thickness and appears "fuzzy". Is this a variety, deterioration or other doubling. it also has a well placed die chip. thanks for looking. It's not as much "pushed into the rim" as much as it is enlarged from a Grease Filled Die and possible Machine Doubling.
