As many stated, there appears to be a weak strike, but no sight of wear (2nd set of pics show this better). I think the auction house photos cost them money on some coins recently auctioned. This coin last made an appearance in 2010 (before I was even collecting coins!) and was Photosealed then. Coin went for almost the same as it did then.
