Hard to say with this coin. It's pretty beat up, but I think there might be a horizontal D peeking out underneath the D. That black crud is obscuring the area. I usually don't like the way that heavily circulated nickels look after the circulation dirt is stripped away. That said, perhaps there will be a hot water bath and acetone soak for this nickel tomorrow.

Curiosity got the better of me. I will get it under the scope with the laptop tomorrow.

It does appear similar when scaled correctly against the most worn example on PCGS.
