Is this just Die Deterioration? Everything looks thicker and rounded.

Looks like the results of over polishing the die and Die Deterioration.

The letters of IGWT are definitely distorted by Die Deterioration.

I think DDD is a safe assumption, but the anomaly does have an odd look to it.
