Hello, I found this 5 inch wide, 1/2 inch thick Morgan at a flea market years ago and am looking for information about it. It weighs 13 oz. It is nonmagnetic. It has a 'c' circled under her chin, the number 2 right of her bonnet and a 2nd 'c' right of the eagle. Any information would be appreciated.

Welcome to CCF! That did not come from the US mint. The C may stand for copyright or Copy which is required by law when someone makes a facsimile of legal tender. That's probably a novelty item made by a private mint like a paper weight or something. You could take it to a coin store, they could use an XRF or Sigma to test it. Or if there's a coin club near you someone in the club may have a tester. Another method is to buy an acid test kit and be careful.

To my eye it does not look like silver but if it's silver it has value with silver spot prices these days.

Through the years a lot of private mints made rounds, bars, artsy stuff for sale. Sometimes they put their company name or logo on them, sometimes not. Usually they will say what fineness of silver they are and how much they weigh. A lot of these companies went out of business or were bought out by another company, their name changed. It can be difficult to find out who made a product and when. For example many companies have made the popular 1 oz silver buffalo Native American design and it can be hard to know who made what.

China makes fake ASE without the C or Copy stamp on them. Too bad, people get duped.

A circled C is the copyright symbol ©
But, in this context, who knows?
