You heard me correct. I got this old Whitman folder with all these Buffalos inside for $10.00. I think that was a deal, what do you think? Let me know if you have questions about them or want to see anything closer up. Low grade, but a nice start I think. To be honest, this is my first real plunge into this series. Please enjoy as much as I am. Dan

That was a steal!

57 coins for $10, like they say "can't beat that with a wooden stick". I've experienced when buying old folders/collections from mom and pop" ebay sellers a lot of times coins will yield errors or varieties. So, scope them out.

Slam dunk on that buy, congrats! =)
Your 1931-S appears to be a fairly nice circulated coin, as are several of the other low mintage nickels.

This was a steal. Seriously. Especially considering how nice the majority of the coins look.
Bravo!

I did not hold a gun to anyone's head, but when I show you the next 3 folders I got with this deal...it's crazy. Thanks everyone for the kudos.
As I look at this folder a littler more there are some changes. The coin in 1924-S is actually another 1920-D The coin in the 1916-S hole is actually a 1913-S raised ground. (no date, but the S is pretty clear)
With the lack of a date, but the raised ground and MM being pretty clear, does that coin have any value? Should I post that on it's own thread?
