My step son just got a new job. His title will be Proctor and Lead Evaluator for the Ontario Fire Marshal Training and Certification. What this means, he watches the recruits do their tests and passes them or not. He's a determined man. Volunteer firefighter for years. Courses for all cert's. Was wanting a full time firehouse position, but didn't qualify due to having lost an eye. He was mislead about his eye putting the brakes on. Didn't slow him down though. Good score today that he'll work into being a fire Investigator. Just going to sit back and encourage him. Mama hasn't caught the vibe yet, but Papa is pretty proud. Atta boy son. Thanks guys. I asked him if it's full time.....not yet was his response.....then I said....don't quit your day job. He has a 3 week old at home, not gonna happen. "We are poor little lambs...who have lost our way...Baa...Baa...Baa"

I believe he got fired from Mount Weather, for hitting a lefty at a keg party, and the chief saw him. He's the Assistant Chief now. Very proud of that kid. He's E's favorite....    |
