Is it a VAM 50? Looks MS to me, but may be cleaned.

i dont do VAM's but she looks to be MS62ish. looks like she was improperly stored for quite a while in a more humid environment.
the marks on the chin are probably roller marks as they are too perpendicular to each other. I'm not convinced the coin was cleaned, however, all the hairlines across the cheek and left field are suspect.

The VAM 50 is Hit List 40 and has tripled eyelid and "lava" wing.

The fields look like a bit Proof Like so if it was cleaned the hairlines would really show - not seeing any on your coin though.
