the 83(P) are known for above average strikes. yours is right there for strike. glare from lighting is not easy to assess luster. hard to say of she was dipped or not. I'm going to assume she hasnt. however there are a few areas on both sides that look flat so she may have seen a light dip in the pool

surface preservation is good i'd call it above average as well. A few scuffs on the obv fields. some marks under the eye, on the nose and chin including a reeding hit. a few scuffs on the bottom of the neck and what looks like a small die crack to the left of the date

reverse looks better with a few scuffs in the fields and some marks on the breast

i have to go with the generic MS63 which is the most common box with the widest range of acceptable marks.
